Everyone is so friendly! I have enjoyed being here this far but it would be nice to have assigned parking. The staff has been great too. I needed some work done to a tub faucet and it was done within 24 hours.

The only 2 things I can complain about is it is a little dated. But they are updating as people move out. Parking is a little tough. Especially if it rains. Other than that everything is great. They're quick to respond and will help with anything.

The community is nice, lively but not loud. We had a nice time moving in, no issues over parking or anything. Our only issue is doors that are hard to open but thats an easy fix. So far amazing!

So far so good. Move in was fairly easy, except for the amount of paperwork to sign. Maintenance has been responsive to any issues I've found. Community is in a good location quiet yet close to businesses. All in all I'm happy to live here.

I have been here a year and things have been great the neighbors are nice and the staff is friendly and efficient and the most important thing to our little family is we get to have our dog with no breed restrictions..

It’s quiet here. A lot of Navy & Marines on short leases. As an older woman I love this. I feel safe. It’s a little dated but they’re redoing apartments. Nice little place for the location, price & safety.
