Luxury living in Knoxville
June 10, 2024I have been a resident here now for 3 months. All I have to say is nice things. The community is brand new and I was the first to be living in our quiet, yet spacious,three bedroom apartment. It might be the small things, but we also love our ice maker and the in home laundry options. They even host weekly community events including paint and sips, yoga, and free lunch-ins. The community is nothing short of luxury, with amenities like a walk in pool, pavilioned grills that have giant TVs, and a ...game room with a full size pool table. The quality of life here is also amazing and thats greatly due to the property staff. From same day fixes, to trash pickup, and pest control being included, I never have to worry. Security is also amazing with in home alarms and grounds that stay lit at all hours of the night. Parking is ample and there are even options to rent a garage in the winter. For families, big gamers, or those working from home, Xfinity internet is the main source for TV and internet. I would surely recommended the retreat at Knoxville to anyone looking for part time living or even an extended stay, but you have to come visit the property and see for yourself!Property Manager Responded
