I have had $1700 worth of equipment stolen out of my work truck, New Year's Eve I had all four tires stolen off my personal truck, my neighbors car was stolen out of her reserved spot. They hear you when you call in for a request and they respond. I've had some management teams come and go and they were not so great. I still stayed - we have Olivia and Kristi back so amazing! March 10, 2021Things are constantly breaking, we had to tell maintenance team that they bandaid they were putting on it wasn't working and they needed to actually fix the problem. There are so many layers of paint on the cabinets that they scratch really easily. They don't have handles on them. The drawers always fall off the tracks. Our neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours of the day. Even if your cars are registered, they will probably get towed since they only allow one assigned parking spot and ...heaven forbid each adult that lives in the apartment has a vehicle. And if you do remind them that the vehicle is registered they wont do anything about the "to be towed" sticker they put over the driver side windshield.Property Manager Responded
