July 30, 2021I have lived here almost six years now. Love The Retreat at River Ranch! Excellent management team and amazing maintenance team. They hear you when you call in for a request and they respond. I've had some management teams come and go and they were not so great. I still stayed - we have Olivia and Kristi back so amazing! They are really working on resident activities which is just great and they really take care of us. March 10, 2021Things are constantly breaking, we had to tell maintenance team that they bandaid they were putting on it wasn't working and they needed to actually fix the problem. There are so many layers of paint on the cabinets that they scratch really easily. They don't have handles on them. The drawers always fall off the tracks. Our neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours of the day. Even if your cars are registered, they will probably get towed since they only allow one assigned parking spot and ...heaven forbid each adult that lives in the apartment has a vehicle. And if you do remind them that the vehicle is registered they wont do anything about the "to be towed" sticker they put over the driver side windshield.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2020I give this apartment complex overall a 3.5 out of 5 because management, maintenance, and front desk really have the best people qualities when it comes to interacting with us as clients and as people who want to live comfortably. Overall the look of the property and the individual units are very nice and modernized, the color schemes and all the renovations are super nice and i love living somewhere i love looking at for the most part.Property Manager Responded

Trash Apartments Garbage Staff
September 17, 2019Saw 3 peoples rims get stolen here because they refused to close the gates. No type of reimbursement for them either. Got in an argument with the manager in the office the day we moved in because they said we could move in in the morning than when we got there that morning they said we couldnt. We moved in these apartments because the one's we were in before these sucked, and these ended up being worse lolProperty Manager Responded
