    I was new to Sunrise and even to Florida. Was searching for good apartments and I found this one very promising. I signed the lease online and the process was smooth. Very friendly staff and they cleared all my doubts on call whenever needed. I came directly and took the keys and my decision was correct for choosing the apartment. Facilities are good and they resolved my issues on time. I can say its affordable apartment in Sunrise with lot of security (which was my first priority) and very near ...

    So far my resident experience has been really good. We are really enjoying living in our new space. The building is really nice and mostly well-kept. The only thing I have to say is the tile needs to be replaced in the elevator and they can probably update the gym equipment.

    I love to live in this community, the apartment is beautiful but the appliances are old, the refrigerator and the microwave. When I moved to this unit (I was transferred) I thought the renovation of the apartment would include the refrigerator, at least. Also I think you have to take care more about the cleaning of the outside areas, the corridors and elevator.

    The apartment staff has been wonderful. The move in process was smooth. Maintenance has been responsive and thorough. The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because the cost doesnt quite match what you receive. Neighbors at times can be messy and not clean up behind themselves or their pets.

    I moved in November 2025 and I really like living here. People are friendly and its clean. Staff are eager to help and the amenities are great. Location is fantastic for the Sawgrass Mall and the hockey arena. Happy to be here.

    I love living here. For the most part it has been quiet and the maintenance team is very efficient and friendly. The place is beautiful with serene resort style pools and the gym is huge to me. I have been lucky with quiet neighbors. Overall it’s nice living here.

    Beautiful amenities. The pool and gym are fabulous and the grounds are immaculate. It is a very tranquil environment and the residents all have been very friendly

    Need better lighting in the garage area, cameras in the hallway and a better trash collection area. Overall, the living situation is not that bad. Still waiting on my shower bar to be repaired.
