December 22, 2025Really our only issue is the parking situation!! There either isn’t enough spaces or guests or tenants with more than 2 cars are using them.. I see none sticker vehicles parked all the time.. very frustrating when we pay for a garage for our 3rd car!!Review from Apartments.com

October 20, 2025Awesome community! Move in process was very simple. Neighbors are friendly with lots of friendly pets. Third floor was a little difficult moving in but definitely worth the higher ceilings. Would highly recommend this neighborhood because of its close proximity to Cleveland’s necessities and I-75.Property Manager Responded
