August 12, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comVery unorganized management staff. Extremely poor maintenance workers. What you will experience is very poor structure and a chance to waste your money. Here’s my experience. I signed a 6 month lease, and within 4 months literally had maintenance come out 14 times. I had a gaping hole in my shower from tiles falling out, that wasn’t fixed for about a month even after I called and complained. Rent was paid. I’m a very professional, quiet, respectable young woman and they never had a complaint ...about me. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. They charge very high rent for very low-grade housing. My advice is pay attention to reviews. Multiple 1-star ratings, mean something. If I could give no stars l, I would. If you hear about this place I would RUN the other way. I see it as a blessing in disguise that I only chose to sign a short term lease ! Thank you God!Read More
