The leasing office has been really helpful, too! Rachael has been with us from the very start, and we cannot speak more highly of her responsiveness, kindness, and honesty! Terrible Management
September 27, 2025The 2375 woodward revere building is an absolute nightmare. There is a mentally ill lady that lives on the 7th/8th floor that will scream the most filthy language at the top of her lungs for hours on weekends during the day and all night long. the building refuses to do anything & tells us to call the cops. when the entire building calls the cops, they tell us they can't do anything & it's the building's responsibility. Management won't even respond to you. Also the laundry situation is almost ...as big of a nightmare. management routinely will mess with dryers to make them not dry hot enough or long enough, so you're always playing a guessing game with how many quarters you will need each time you need to do laundry. dryers & washers are CONSISTENTLY not working on multiple floors & can go months without being fixed which leaves renters going up and down the elavators to other floors trying to laundry which is a mess. & when they finally decide to fix or replace a broken machine they will do sloppy work & it will be broken again a week or two after. I'm writing this review at 2:41 AM on a friday because the poor mentally ill lady has kept us up yet again breaking things in her apartment & screaming. one last thing if you're still considering wasting your hard earned money with these people. they must use the worst available contractors to do their construction work. cheapest quality builds.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful Experience
October 30, 2024I was hesitant to even choose this place but they were the most affordable and could meet my needs the soonest. No wonder... I have had mice and roaches though I keep my place very clean. I have had on several occasions been jolted awake or kept awake by domestic violence that take place in the apartment next to mine. The noise was so bad it actually brought neighbors out from across the way. My other idiot neighbor to the other side blasts music all day long into the late evening. So much ...so, that I have to put my television on 31 to be able to hear over it. I have seen mold as well. if this is off-putting to you, please also be aware that the grounds are constantly full of trash. Recently there was an issue with people dumping large items, causing an overflow of the the 2 trash designated dumpsters and also the third dumpster that seems to be used for apartment cleanouts and construction refuse. This in effect created a trash island in the center of the parking lot and was remedied by stuffing the excess trash into large cardboard boxes, about the size which would hold a large appliance or armoire, I have found several homeless individuals roaming the parking lots late at night and in the morning and on more than one occasion seen someone digging through the trash. I do not feel safe here. I cannot imagine anybody would. I am ashamed that for the money I pay, this is how I have to live. MICE! MICE! MICE!
July 28, 2023If you would like to share your couch, bed, dining tables and all of your belongings with rodents then this is the place for you. I've lived here for about 2 years now and I've seen/cought AT LEAST 20 MICE! Don't let the nice look fool you. Other tenants have complained about this same issue! One tenant even mentioned catching 3 mice on one trap! This is NOT ok! When you call the office to complain about the mice they're so nonchalant about it as if this is normal.. They send an "exterminator" ...who just comes to lay traps and that's it.Property Manager Responded

Poor Maintenance and Management
December 25, 2022The maintenance and management for these apartment is really bad. They raised the rent by $200 and haven’t made any significant changes deserving of a raise. They also run the fire alarms and random times quite frequently for no reason. -mold around windows -bugs -water between the paint and walls constantly drips from the ceiling - parking lots are completely dark and unsafe (no lighting in the parking lots)Review from Apartments.com

What a wonderful place to live!
