Great apartment and perfect location
March 12, 2025I recently just moved in and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, I am steps from Carson Street which has the best restaurants and bars. The fitness center great and has all the equipment I need. There are also two rooftop terraces and one has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, which is amazing for Pittsburgh summers. Beautiful Apartments and Walkable Location

Very deceptive online information
June 7, 2024I toured this property with my son who is moving into town. The buildings are in very poor condition. There was garbage in the lobby and in the hallways. The buildings are not secure. The main entrances have latches, but the side/back resident entrances are not locked. You have to walk down 2 narrow alleys to get to the parking lot. The buildings are also not in a desirable part of the Southside Flats -surrounded by lots of boarded up businesses.
