June 2, 2025The apartments are adequate, however they have a severe roach problem that can only be solved by a tear down and rebuild. I moved out leaving a forwarding address for my last bill. Instead of a breakdown of my bill which I never received, I was sent straight to collections. They never got a breakdown of the bill. Still no response when reaching out to them twice. I will continue to do so with my attorneys help.Review from Apartments.com

Downhill
August 27, 2017We have new management in less than 3 months this place has gone down hill. I've lived here for ten years. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. There are fights and cops here often I have seen them. There is a bed bug and roach issue. When I reported it I was told it was my fault. Ten years never a bug. The management here isn't as sweet as they seem. I have personally been yelled at snapped at and hung up on. Most of the facilities here are down or do not work. New management company
May 31, 2017This was never the perfect place to live. It was good enough. Now we have a new management company and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but after unfulfilled promises and waiting over a for my air conditioner fixed, I'm done. If you're looking for a cheap place to live then copper ridge is fine just don't expect too much. Yes there's a fitness room but the only machine that is plugged in is the treadmill. There are two laundry facilities that run on a card system. You have to buy a ...card and put money on the card in order to use them. You can't just add time to your dryer, you have to pay for another cycle. The business center is a room with two computers. All of our mailboxes have been broken into and they've installed new ones but I know those can be broken into as well. There's also a church nearby that solicited everyone and actually walk through the property to talk about their church. The only good thing is the utilities really are a flat rate (although they have been known to raise the price even if you're not renewing the lease).Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment!
July 20, 2015I really do enjoy this apartment. Great for the price of a three bedroom, all utilities are included in the rent. Great neighborhood, kinda secluded in the foothills area which is great for those that like their privacy. Nice, clean, and roomy apartments. Staff here are really nice and helpful. The only downside is all the paperwork required. This is the first apartment I lived in that requires renters insurance. Along with the paperwork for pets (registration, current vaccination).
