February 18, 2021I have lived in same apartment for 5yrs. Every time you call Maintenance they come the office Manager is very helpful.. I can't say enough about this place.. Great Place
June 21, 2019great place to live, very quiet and clean. Management is wonderful, just wiring is a little odd. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and the washer and dryer hookup is in a bedroom closet, which is not very accessible or reasonable. Also, there is no over head lights in each of the 2 bedrooms or the living room, but 3 different lights in the kitchen... Yes I thought the same thingReview from Apartments.com
Cheap fixtures and little storage
September 20, 2015This is a nice area and the townhouses are nice in comparison to the surrounding properties. However, I have a few comments about the interior. These were obviously built cheaply. They are only about 6 years old and the wood is bowed on all the windows inside as well as the floorboards. Also the fixtures like the shower head, towel holders, faucets, and toilet seats are also the cheapest you can find. In addition, there is a lot of storage under the stairs but not much else besides that. ...Each bathroom has a small cupboard under the sink but has no medicine cabinet or other shelving. There is no coat closet or linen closet or other shelving anywhere. (There is one wire shelf in the laundry closet.). This is a nice place to live but you'll have to buy cabinets and shelving if you want it. Also,the office is not very responsive, I asked for something to be replaced two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them even though they said they would put in a work order "right away."Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
