The Ridge at San Diego gives you the flexibility to balance the needs of life both inside and outside of your home. Community features include a soothing spa, sparkling swimming pool, gated access, an on-site laundry facility room in each building, ample parking, and professional management. No pets. Utilities are not included: $25 water per person per month, $2 pest control per unit per month, and $25 garbage per unit per month & Renters Liability is required. We have a company policy you can buy through us for $12 a month or provide proof of your own! Parking is $30/month and Garages are $125/month, depending on availability.
