Management is horrendous
September 6, 2023The apartments themselves are decent however the management consists of the most incompetent employees. If there is a problem and you call the office they will give you one answer and if you call again and get a hold of someone else they will give you a different answer. When you go to get the issue settled they will pretend they were never made aware in the first place. The managers and employees there have the experience and knowledge equivalent to high schoolers running an apartment complex, ...and high school is a generous level. They will try to charge you for pre-existing damages and the maintenance takes months to get done. We had a disposal problem to the point where it smelled in our apartment and there were bugs and it took a month in a half to get resolved. When we asked why we were informed there was a pool issue that took priority...in December. lol. Many apartments had similar experiences. Hidden Fees
December 27, 2020Hidden fees galore. Separate fee for “water management” and “electric management” then another “utility management” fee each month on top of your rent and utility payment. Utility payments are also just split evenly across the board so if you work to conserve energy won’t really matter if your neighbors are cranking the A/C. Oh and did I mention if you happen to be late with any of these payments you’ll be charged a 10% outstanding balance fee then $5 a day until you pay in full.
