A really big mistake

Under new ownership and poor build
December 20, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comNew management isn't very helpful. They told us rent would go up a little going month to month. First invoice, rent more than doubled. Concrete floors are sealed to look like a construction site. Several doors don't close due to building. They were attempted to be fixed be still stick shut.Property Manager Responded

Clearly there was a typo, as we have not increased rents. We do charge a slight convenience fee for the opportunity to vacate within a 60 day notice.

There are large enough spaces between island and in bathroom for a wheelchair or walker to fit, yet it is small enough that you have something to grab on to to keep you from falling. Handicapped parking is right up front of the apartment. There are ramps all over so you do not have to step up if you are still ambulatory, and rails to help you step down, and up, in the swimming pool.Property Manager Responded
