A really big mistake
November 11, 2025Photos and condition of the property are not fairly represented online and on this app. The unit was filthy and we were subject to a chronic stench that haunts multiple units in the building I rented. Packages get stolen all the timeProperty Manager Responded

Under new ownership and poor build
December 20, 2020New management isn't very helpful. They told us rent would go up a little going month to month. First invoice, rent more than doubled. Concrete floors are sealed to look like a construction site. Several doors don't close due to building. They were attempted to be fixed be still stick shut.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2020A GREAT place for the handicapped. Although there are only two handicapped apartments. There are large enough spaces between island and in bathroom for a wheelchair or walker to fit, yet it is small enough that you have something to grab on to to keep you from falling. Handicapped parking is right up front of the apartment. There are ramps all over so you do not have to step up if you are still ambulatory, and rails to help you step down, and up, in the swimming pool.Property Manager Responded
