This apartment complex is notorious for attempting to enforce policies/procedures that are not written in the contract that residents sign upon commencement of their lease. An example of this is when it comes to the topic of parking. The complex states one is not allowed to back in their vehicle when parking. This is not listed in any contract nor is it breaking any local laws/ordinance. However, this complex insists on using scare tactics example having vehicles towed when no contract or ...
