I love our complex! we've lived here for 3 years and the units are up to date and beautiful inside and out. We live in a one bedroom and the space is perfect! The amount of stairs keep me in shape too :D Any maintenance requests I submit are addressed same day or the next and they constantly keep units up to date. When I requested some trees to be trimmed for my car parked underneath, they heard me out and had a landscaper there within a couple weeks! I've had absolutely no issues or qualms ...

My wife and I moved here a few months back, so far we are very happy. The gated complex is under new ownership/management and they are making a lot of improvements. The complex is quiet. We live in a one bedroom apartment that has been completely upgraded and we believe is a good value. The location is great.

My girlfriend and I recently moved in a few months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed out stay here so far. The new owners and Management that have taken over have recently put in a lot of work to upgrade the property. They are putting in an access gate which makes us feel secure. The property is very quiet and doesn't get a lot of foot traffic or unwanted noises throughout the day.
We live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is spacious and feels like home. It was upgraded with vinyl wood floors, modern ...
appliances and brand new cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen, bathroom and shower. The biggest plus is having a walk-in closet in the master bedroom for clothes and storage.
We've had a few repairs over the last couple months and Trace the maintenance technician has always done a fine job.
Overall, very pleased with The Ridge.

We have lived here for 3 years... Quiet neighborhood, but boy do they run through apartment managers...
I think we are currently in between numbers 4 and 5. The first lady lasted almost a year (the company purchased the property days before we moved in). But since then it has been 3 ladies each last 2 months a piece with a temp in between.
Mice all over. Bugs everywhere. They don't really care to residents needs as soon as they need it. We had a leak from our ceiling from the upstairs unit, and ...
they wanted us to stay in our place with a soaking wet floor and ruined ceiling.... Uh no! Not the best, not the absolute worst, but definitely way over priced.
