June 13, 2019We just signed our 3rd lease with the Ridges! The grounds are so well kept, if you have an issue with your unit, Kori and staff are right on it. We love the fact that we have our own front door! Washer and dryer in our place too. This will be our home until we retire as we downsized when the kids moved out. September 29, 2017this is not a place you want to live i moved in the apartment smelled like smoke it was never cleaned and as for the office the property manager is snobby and doesnt care about nothing but getting rent payments when the area manager is there her and the manager of geneva are snakes together if you deal with anyone in that office i recommend katie shes good to the residents and very caringProperty Manager Responded

June 21, 2017Needs to be updated. Filthy at move in. Only did a touch up paint job. Smelled like smoke. Dryer never dries clothes. Dog poop everywhere on grounds and dogs are not on leashes. Never any parking spots, as the Ridges staff does not enforce parking rules. Pool has garbage left everywhere, parents who are drunk and swearing, and obnoxious unsupervised children.Review from Apartments.com

My Safe Harbor
August 13, 2015While trying to get on with my life I took a chance and came here. Not just because the last four numbers of the complex phone number is my birth year but much more The supervisor Elisha was kind and discreet in handling my transition. All the staff has made me feel this is my home. My safe harbor . My concern is I cannot afford it much longer. I have remarried and both of us for mant reasons have moved so many times .It is my prayer that we win so we can stay in our harbor.Review from Apartments.com
