I live on the 7th floor of the rise and I am often woken up in the middle of the night by loud people on the pool deck or by people dropping weights in the weight room below that shake the entire floor. I’m also woken up just about every morning because they decide to play music at 7 in the morning really loud that I cannot sleep in. As a light sleeper my experience at the rise the entire semester has been awful. Moving on there always seems to be an elevator that is broken. So if you want to ...
catch an elevator on your way to class, good luck. You’ll be waiting for probably about 10 minutes so might as well take the stairs. Lastly, the entire layout of the Rise sucks. Each bedroom and bath are designed completely different and are not proportional.

The best part of this apartment is the location. It’s closer to my classes than my dorm was! There’s a bunch of good food places nearby. The apartment unit itself is good. The furniture is comfortable for the most part but I’d recommend bringing a mattress topper for your bed.

The rise is an amazing place to live as it is right next to campus and just above a cvs. The front desk staff is nice and the management is pretty good. The rooms aren’t the biggest, and can varry from the advertised layout due to the building design, but are overall good
