Best experience in RiNo!
July 15, 2025I just toured the riv and it is really cute. The boutique feel is nice and the team are all so friendly and professional. First Apartment
June 18, 2025I was on the hunt for my first apartment when I stumbled into The Riv. I had the pleasure of working with Tony. He was extremely informative about the fees and how the utilities are billed. He made me feel so comfortable about the decision I made to be at The Riv. I love everything about my apartment. I have beautiful city views and plenty of natural light. The staff has been extremely helpful and I couldn’t be anymore happy.
