Chris is AMAZING!!!
March 12, 2026We initially met Chris when we looked at Rive (fka Theory) last year. However, we chose another apartment complex for our daughter. When it was time for us to tour apartments for Fall 26, we found ourselves back at Rive. Once again, we were greeted by Chris with the same smile, big personality & exceptional professionalism! August 15, 2024The rooms are clean, all the appliances are nice, and even the studio rooms are spacious. I also enjoy the different places to eat near the complex. Last but not least, the electronic locks on the unit door definitely helps secure my room.Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2024Theory is fine but the 7th floor is often very loud, especially on weekends. I usually get security sent to my room while I’m sleeping, because they can’t properly locate where all the loud noise is coming from.Review from Apartments.com
