You’ll Pay Their Utility Bills
April 17, 2024There are many apartment complexes that will pay for your water, sewer, trash and more NOT this place. Rather, they make you pay for their utilities in all of the shared “common spaces.” No one lives in the clubhouse, and we are not condo owners with a vested interest in the property yet, they bill every tenant for their operating costs. Additionally, parking is a nightmare, gang activity at going on at the professional complex garage right next door to property and the units are of below ...average standard for the price.Property Manager Responded

The River House Apartments
February 26, 2024We are so excited to move into our new home at The River House Apartments! It's such a beautiful place that we're lucky to call home. The property has got to be one of the most beautiful places in the city - it's so peaceful with all the trees and the river view. Our apartment is amazing - we absolutely love the layout and hardwood floors. The layout was really well thought out to include plenty of storage. The natural light that comes in through the huge windows is also a plus. One thing that ...makes this place stand out is the community amenities. There are so many great spots to hang out outside, like by the riverside or in the BBQ areas. There's even a really great fitness center that was just updated. We cannot express enough gratitude to Kristina, a standout member of The River House Apartments team. From the moment we began our search, Kristina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we found our perfect apartment. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm demeanor made the entire process seamless. A special shout out to her for making our transition to The River House Apartments such a positive experience! Great Place to Live!
February 23, 2024Management: The management is super helpful and friendly. From the moment we started working with this property to find our home, they made sure we had everything we needed and more. They are always available to answer any questions and handle concerns with genuine concern. Property: The property is beautiful, right next to the river. The apartments and surrounding area are clean and maintained. There is a dog park, large and fenced, with grass and doggie "playground" equipment. The workout room ...is nice and up-to-date, and there is also a playground for kids. Mostly quiet except for when there is maintenance being done or lawn work.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place!
February 23, 2024Living here for over two years has been an absolute joy! With both old and new management, I've consistently been impressed by the level of service provided. Under the new management, they've really stepped up their game. Monthly events have brought the community together, and they share monthly newsletters to keep us in the loop with local events. They've organized awesome wine nights, coffee events, delicious food truck gatherings, and so much more! Thanks to these wonderful events, I've even ...had the pleasure of meeting several of my neighbors and have formed lasting friendships with them. And the location is breathtaking! While there have been some hiccups like the unheated pool in the summer, which was a bit disappointing, overall, the property is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. I'm really grateful for the dedication and effort the management puts into making this place such a wonderful home for all of us! Ruthless Contracts & Poor Management
October 12, 2022Ruthless exit practices. Do not rent here if you have any notion of moving before your lease ends. They hold you to a 2x + last month rent Fee for breaking your contract, regardless of the demand market. Even if someone moves in right behind you, you will still be charged this insane fee in this 2022 rent market. They're going to charge me almost 4 months in rent to break my lease. We have gotten to go walking on the centennial trail, made my commute to work quicker with the freeway access, and we have been able to get settled in.
