Everything is very well maintained here on the property. Work orders are completed in a very timely manner. Most of the time it's the very same day that I have put the request in. Kimberly and Chris make sure the property is always beautiful and clean. I am very happy living here.

I especially love that it is a gated community. When you turn in a maintenance request it is taken care of in a very timely manner. The property manager Kimberly, is the best ever. She cares about her residents and does her best to make you feel like you belong here. Resident since January 2020

Even though we are next to the braves stadium, we do not hear a peep. The staff which includes Danielle and Bobby are very attentive to everyones needs and takes care of any issues.And all of the tenants are very pleasant

The Rome Braves baseball stadium is a short, easy walk from the apartment. The new coffee shop across the street is nice. April 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI moved to Riverpoint last May and absolutely love it! The apartments are well designed and have beautiful finishes and large rooms. I love that the complex is pet friendly as so few are in our area. The pool area is amazing. I have a large patio and love to sit outside when the weather is nice. The location of the complex is one of the highlights. It's a hop, skip and a jump from the restaurants and shopping downtown, not to mention direct access to the trail system. It's also a plus being right ...next to the Rome Braves Stadium! I definitely recommend Riverpoint to anyone looking for an upscale apartment to lease in Rome.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
