Everything is very well maintained here on the property. Work orders are completed in a very timely manner. Most of the time it's the very same day that I have put the request in. April 26, 2019This is a very nice place to live. It is convenient to restaurants, gas stations, drug stores, hospitals. Even though we are next to the braves stadium, we do not hear a peep. April 16, 2019We have lived here for ten months. We are close to everything in town. We use the public trail at Ridge Ferry park. The Rome Braves baseball stadium is a short, easy walk from the apartment. The new coffee shop across the street is nice. I like using the exercise room and look forward to the swimming pool this summer. For us it is the ideal situation.Property Manager Responded

Love Living Here!
April 16, 2019I moved to Riverpoint last May and absolutely love it! The apartments are well designed and have beautiful finishes and large rooms. I love that the complex is pet friendly as so few are in our area. The pool area is amazing. I have a large patio and love to sit outside when the weather is nice. The location of the complex is one of the highlights. It's a hop, skip and a jump from the restaurants and shopping downtown, not to mention direct access to the trail system. It's also a plus being right ...next to the Rome Braves Stadium! I definitely recommend Riverpoint to anyone looking for an upscale apartment to lease in Rome.Property Manager Responded
