September 14, 2025Apartments are clean and quiet. The other tenets are nice and helpful. The floorplans are spacious and let in a lot of natural light. The kitchens have plenty of cabinet space.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025I am here in my own home Rocca, it is almost 12 years of my life that I am here in my sweet, comfortable, safe and very well maintained by hardworking staff. All of them work together so hard and diligently to make our home Rocca community better and comfortable for all of us. We all appreciate you and respect you for wonderful job. April 12, 2025I love the location. The common areas are kept clean. The gym and pools are nice. The trash chutes are convenient. There’s enough parking. The closets are big and the hardwood floors are lovely. In Phase 2, the road noise is pretty bad on the lower floors. The lack of parcel lockers can cause problems as delivery people resent having to take packages to your door. The app-based system for unlocking the doors had a messy rollout, and I still don’t love it. My neighbors are typically quiet. I wish ...management would do something about the incense that some residents burn. Given GA’s utter lack of renter protections, this place is nicer than it has to be and is a good value.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025I really enjoy living in this community! It’s in a nice, quiet area with convenient access to different spots in Atlanta within 10 to 15 minutes, which is one of the things I love most about it. The leasing team has been very welcoming and helpful. While I experienced a few hiccups during the move-in process, the mistakes were corrected in a timely manner. January 1, 2025I like the walkable location and its convenience to I-75, the staff (both office and maintenance), and the hardwood floors. The hallways, garage, and other common areas are kept very clean. The gym is nice. I don’t like how hard it is for drivers to deliver packages and that they often drop them in the lobby. I wish that my windows didn’t let in so much noise from Northside Parkway.Property Manager Responded
