Whether it’s addressing a concern, assisting me when I mess something up, or simply being warm and understanding, she always makes me feel like more than just a tenant. Silvana is equally attentive and thoughtful, making sure everything is handled with professionalism and care. The concierge staff are also consistently polite and helpful. Everyone here works together to create a community, not just a place to live. They treat residents like people, not just rent payments, and that’s something truly rare to find. Every issue I’ve brought up has been addressed quickly and with empathy. They’re proactive, communicative, and genuinely care about the experience of those who live here. Donna and her husband, the owners/property management team are just amazing people always ready and willing to help. A fantastic place to live!

Moving back to NY after the pandemic was scary but once I found the Rockwell, an instant sense of comfort fell over me. So excited to start a new chapter in a place where the neighborhood and the people running the property have such inviting energy. The building itself is beautiful with unique layouts and finishes to each apartment. Truly a place worth calling home.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The management staff are so accommodating. While viewing the apartment I expressed that I was surprising my daughter for her birthday with her own room, and when i went to pick up the keys I was the one surprised. Best Decision Ever

Pros - Amazing Quality/Construction. The washer dryers are great, not the cheap appliances you see in most new constructions and each apartment has their own even Studios. Central Air/Huge Kitchens/Spacious/Big Closets/Induction Stovetop/Close to Transportation/CVS downstairs/SMOKEHOUSE coming soon : ).....Cons - I don't care for microwaves but some do and the units don't come with them. Not a con for me/ Love the Induction Stovetop but you'll need to get new pots & pans. They do offer a ...

Love this location so much. I lived in downtown New Roc before and although its only a few blocks away it feels like I'm in the suburbs w/ downtown around the corner. I like having both. The tranquility is priceless. Parking is so easy. I don't have to wait 30mins for valet to get my car to go to work or run to the supermarket or walk across the street in the rain to another parking lot - that was the worst. Beautiful Apartment Homes!!!

I love living here, it was such a good choice. You definitely get your moneys worth. The quality of everything inside the apartment is the best of any apartment I've ever lived in. The office is very responsive and the location is perfect. They have onsite parking and a beautiful rooftop and resident lounge. CVS downstairs is very convenient. 5 Stars all the way.
