Unreasonable move out charges
October 28, 2021This apartment asked me to pay more than $1600 for the move out charge. They changed whole stove and told me the stove is totally damaged but I am pretty sure it is still working. Also They replaced the carpet for some stains that can be cleaned out!!!!Not just me, they changed my friend’s stove after she left. Horrible Security and Safety
September 26, 2021Vehicle break ins happen weekly here. Please, please do not move here unless you want to have your glass repaired every couple of months. I’ve had my cars broken into 3 times. My friend visiting had hers broken into. One of my neighbors has had theirs broken into 3 times. A different neighbors was broken into last Sunday. You frequently see vehicles driving through the complex with tape and plastic on their windows. There was a mass break in of 10 vehicles in July. When I contacted the complex, ...they told me I was lying and they lied and said that this is not a recurring problem. So I have continually documented the vehicle break ins. Please, if you value your safety and property, do not move in here. When asked what the complex is going to do to provide better security, they will not put in a fence, gate, or security cameras. Amenity Rich (just missing a doorman and housekeeping)
April 27, 2019I am enjoying my new one BR apt with huge granite counter tops in kitchen and BR, and hardwood, and high ceilings. You just cannot out beat the amenities: internet and cable, valet trash, large washer/dryer in the apartment, 24-hour fitness center, lounge with piano and conference/dining room, business center, in-door mailbox, and a gated rose garden. The structure reminds me of hotel living without a doorman and housekeeping. The building is secured so safety is not an issue. CONS: Pet owners ...will not clean up behind their dogs. Walking from my car or opening the door to the patio, I always smell dog poop. DISGUSTING!!! And it is one of the reason I left the other place.
