  • Dishonest Leasing Agent and Practices

    February 15, 2024
    I applied at The Row after touring a few units, and discussing my financials with a leasing agent, to make sure I qualify. After being assured that I the assets to qualify, I applied, paid $50, and they checked my credit. I sent over my financials. Now, after all that, I am being asked to provide proof that I have liquid assets totaling 40 TIMES the rental amount, to qualify. AFTER they took my application, the application fee, AND checked my credit, they mentioned a new requirment that was never ...
    mentioned before. Also, 40X the rental amount? Lol. No. Related Properies practices are shady, and will bring you nothing but confusion, stress, shock and disppoinent. Not worth it. Better to save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere honest and professional.
