May 22, 2024I've lived in this apartment for the past four years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The management team is incredibly hard-working and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The community is friendly, and the amenities are top notch, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
May 7, 2024AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! 1. They will tell you its under new management, maybe but my experience was still terrible like the old reviews. 2. They will not honor the apartment lease even though they expect you to. 3. Repairs take forever -- over 3-4 weeks to get a simple thing fixed (sliding closet door fell off groove). 4. They will absolutely work to keep your security deposit. 5. They will charge you for professional cleaning even if they say you passed the move out inspection. 6. DJE management ...cannot be reached via email or phone so whatever concerns you have, tough luck. No response. WARNING! This is an anti-resident property.
