May 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! 1. They will tell you its under new management, maybe but my experience was still terrible like the old reviews. 2. They will not honor the apartment lease even though they expect you to. 3. Repairs take forever -- over 3-4 weeks to get a simple thing fixed (sliding closet door fell off groove). 4. They will absolutely work to keep your security deposit. 5. They will charge you for professional cleaning even if they say you passed the move out inspection. 6. DJE management ...cannot be reached via email or phone so whatever concerns you have, tough luck. No response. WARNING! This is an anti-resident property. You will have no rights.Read More
