August 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here over a year, and I have not had air conditioning in over 5 months. The office staff is so rude and unprofessional it’s unsettling. Maintenance never comes when a request is put in. These people do not even have a company to cut the grass! Which is something that WE as residents pay for! After all the complaints I’ve put in my rent went up over $100 with nothing being fixed. Save your money and lease elsewhere.

August 9, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe new owners suck. They don't wear ID's, you don't know who is who. They can walk into your apartment without announcing themselves and they will cover for one another. The rent is too much for these townhouses. You have a parking space right in front of your door, if somebody parks there you can't say nothing. They make up their own rules.

Constant problems with rent payment and “portal” issues. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone in the office. Don’t bother sending a maintenance request, it’s been 2 months and still have a leaky roof.
