Here are a few areas that could be improved:
Odors from Smoking: There are occasional issues with marijuana smoke, and I have even noticed residents smoking on their balconies.
Elevator and Parking Commute & Safety: If you live on a higher floor, commuting from first floor to top higher floor can take a considerable amount of time. Additionally, there are no safety mirrors installed at the corners, creating dangerous blind spots and posing a safety risk for people.
Limited Internet Options: ...
WhiteSky is the only available internet service provider whch was out for 2days completely few month ago.
Lack of Exit Options When Issues Arise: While problems do not occur constantly, the main issue is that management provides no option for residents to break the lease or move out without penalty when a significant issue does arise. It is highly frustrating to be locked into the contract with no way out, even if the living conditions temporarily become unacceptable due to apartment issues
