Great place to call home!
January 1, 2026Living at the Royal Worthington was indeed a pleasurable experience; everything from the phenomenal gym, to the pool in the summer months; not to mention the movie theater, and the events that management hosts for the tenants. I really enjoyed my neighbors who became like family; the vibe was always positive. Never any disturbances from my neighbors on either side; though I will admit to having to speak with management with regard to my neighbor above; management took care of it immediately. If ...you're a dog lover of varying sizes and breeds, then the Royal Worthington will be your happy place. Management is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING; always an open door policy. Walkability is important, and being able to walk to Wegmans, Target, Aldi and the various other restaurants, salons/barbershops made life much easier. Shout out to Jamie, Stephanie and Bill for exemplifying what it means to run an organization well. I would HIGHLY recommend it; you won't regret your decision!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 4, 2024I wish I could give them a million stars!! ... I just moved in on 8/1/24 & I am so happy I did! Jaime & Tim do their very best to make you feel welcome in so many ways from the very start, even while they give you the tour & will answer all of your questions promptly. The building is always sparkling clean with the amazing custodian staff & there is also housekeeping available .Will & Kevin are wonderful responding to all of the maintenence requests as well. February 4, 2020Great Location, Chester Valley Trail, luxury amenities like pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, Wi-Fi, breakfast, dedicated bike and car garage and most important is fantastic people living around you, make this property lovely. Plenty of parking space, friendly management team specially Lindsay and Brittany make sure you get superb stay at this property. They arrange exciting activities and events every month that really helps finding new friends and getting social with your neighbours. June 4, 2018I wake up everyday thankful to be a resident at the Royal Worthington. The complex is perfectly situated on the on the mainline with easy access to major roadways, 2 regional train stations, and the Chester Valley Trail. One of the stations has daily Amtrak service to NYC without having to change trains. King of Prussia Mall is about 20 minutes away. Within line-of-sight is a Target Store (with a Starbucks inside) and Wegmans (24/7). Each store is a safe walk that is well lit into the ...evenings. My residence is equipped with modern appliances that still have the luster of being brand-new. Having a washer/dryer inside my unit is quite convenient. The water is hot and water-pressure is adequate. The granite countertops are an elegant touch. I also enjoy the sliding glass door that I have on the exterior wall of my residence that lets in a lot of light. The office is staffed 7 days a week with knowledgeable, competent, and empowered individuals. Whether in person or through email, I get a timely reply with all the information I need. The leasing agents have desks in the main lobby and double as informal concierges always ready to serve up a cheerful greeting and eager to help with whatever one might need. They kindly handle all my drying cleaning pickup and deliveries. They would give any NYC doorman a run for their money. The building is well cared for with the exterior and interior common areas both kept flawless. There is a small gym on site along with an outdoor hot tub (open year-round) and pool. On weekdays there is a complimentary continental breakfast along with coffee and tea 24/7. Most the residents seem quite friendly. I think it has to with the fact there are a lot of dog owners and dog people tend to be happier than non-dog people! There is even a dog park right outside. September 14, 2017Returning after 4 years to the United States from Alberta Canada, I needed a firm that I could count on to assist me with navigating the details of the relocation of my residence as well as the understanding, sensitivity, and follow through that would make my transition happen on time. I couldn’t have found a better “partner” in this endeavour than the team at the Royal Worthington. I say “partner” because I was treated as if I was an honoured member on the RW team. The leadership and management ...of this firm is top drawer, and they will work with all potential residents to make their move as smooth as possible. So disappointed!
August 10, 2016We moved in, buying into the "luxury living" advertisement. They offer so many amenities but fail to tell you that more often than not the elevators are out of order, the coffee machine that they advertise as free Starbucks, is normally out of coffee or out of order, the halls are rarely vacuumed, the trash room is constantly backed up for days at a time filled with disgusting bags of days old trash and residents fail to clean up after their pets, in both common areas and outside. The property ...is poorly managed, filled with broken promises and little to no empathy for what we as residents are exposed to. We pay for "Luxury Living" but they do not deliver! In addition to the above, they rent out rooms like a hotel which has created many issues requiring the police to be called due to fighting and unruly behavior. They are normally renting out to children's baseball teams, soccer teams etc. We then have kids running up and down the halls kicking balls etc. We, as permanent residents, can not enjoy the pool area or any common area because they are taken up by weekenders. They also fail to tell you that they rent out the common area for private parties, once again preventing permanent residents from enjoying the common areas, making us feel like we are intruding by just entering OUR living area! When this occurs we are not allowed to use the lobby area, pool table, game room etc. I love the location and the actual apartment but the negatives out weight the positives by a landfall!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
