Rude hateful property manager
May 14, 2025The property manager yells at you for asking questions and never returns your call. If you can avoid dealing with her by not renting here you are better off. Maintenance is a disappointment as well. Get used to living with broken equipment and amenities.Review from Apartments.com
Great neighborhood for pets
April 14, 2025I have been living here since 2022 and extend my lease each year. The area is quiet and great for my emotional service animal. I love the location because it’s close to everything I need from groceries to my commute for work. Living in San Diego is expensive, I get it but they really try to make everything worry free for me.Review from Apartments.com
Loved it here and super pet friendly!!
July 5, 2023My dog and I really enjoyed living here. There's a dog park not far at all from the property and nice hikes in the area. There's a nice community area with BBQ's and they are building new buildings in the community which is nice to see new development. The units are really nice and pretty new too. The neighbors here were friendly! I really enjoyed the area especially it being so close to the freeways. Thank you, Maria, for being so responsive and helpful.Review from Apartments.com

Extremely shady
April 21, 2023Not a terrible place to live in terms of amenities: appliances are new and place looks nice. Now for the many cons: place may look nice but so cheaply constructed something breaks down at least once a month. There has been construction in the parking lot for months with no explanation or updates. The water is shut off AT LEAST once a week during the morning hours 9AM - 12PM (no joke). Because of the construction there is no parking and constant noise. Management is ghost and extremely dodgy.Review from Apartments.com
Way over priced for what it is
February 1, 2023The apartment itself is not terrible but feels like they took a cheap building and did a "Bath Fitter" type renovation to double the rent. CONS: x Air conditioning is a single wall unit that does not cool most of the unit. x The floors are not flat (seriously frustrating when sitting in a chair or trying to place furniture without adjustable legs) x Many of the units have had issues with water damage/mildew (maintenance team was quick to fix however) x One shower in our unit does not get hot ...water consistently and the other shower is super loud (our neighbor's wakes us up and I am sure ours wakes them up) x There are two buildings under construction in the parking lot limiting spaces. Management has been pretty dodgy about disclosing it too. It was first referred to as "tree removal" and now as "wall construction." We ended up asking the workers what they are doing and they said building two new buildings x Severely limited off street parking. 1 space per unit no matter how many residents/rooms. Construction has tightened this and I am sure the two new buildings will limit spaces further PROS: x The area is nice and the neighbors are friendly x Maintenance team is great but usually very busy x Appliances in the units (washer, dryer, oven, fridge...) are all pretty nice and work well x Unit looks nice Overall, its not a bad place to live but is unethically over priced.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
