I think these apartments have the potential to be nice but the interior is poorly renovated. There’s a ton of mistakes you can visibly see right away. Like the paint, speaking of paint why choose a grey color it’s very depressing and looks like a hospital. The bathroom tiles are done quick you can easily see that. The kitchen is decent my only wish was that the counter had room for bar stools enough for leg space. Here’s the thing there aren’t many apartment communities around so I get why they ...
don’t really care about the interior but idk value proposition should be taken into account. What value do I bring when there are brand new communities minutes away that are much nicer and newer.
