Grateful for the new management!
August 3, 2024The new managment here is proving to provide very positive changes! Jaena is the new manager and problems from the past and being addressed. The dog park is clean, the pool is clean and up to code and pest control is provided. Thank goodness for the change! Management matters and Jaena actually listens and is accommodating! quiet and peaceful
May 10, 2023Love this location enough to write multiple reviews and found this Unit through this app. Staff was great, apt looks just like the model they showed. Kathy and Toni are fantastic staff members who really cared about making me feel welcomed instead of how landlords usually treat tenants. Best part was the patio and even though there’s a giant park nearby, it still stay super quiet. Highly recommend this location for those looking for a nice quiet living space.Property Manager Responded

Examples include, painted over holes, backsplash laminate is peeling, corners on doors are splitting. The clutter on balconies and fact that tenants can smoke on balconies which then drafts into other units is not inviting.
