Someone emptied an entire clip right outside the apartment and no one came to see what was wrong.

confrontational person so when I say I am not satisfied with what I am paying for I mean it. If you don't want your car broken into please don't move here. My husband and I have lived here for a month. A MONTH. And our car was ...
broken into and attempted to be stolen. I called the office about the safety concerns and no one can tell us when the gates will be fixed. That it's not their fault. And waiting on an investigation to be completed. But also waiting on the vendors. And the gates are simply "limited" access to the complex. And that "crime has no address". They "do not provide safety here". The gate that showed in the picture is not a limited access gate it doesn't open or close. And when I mentioned it as a safety concern they said that's why you have "renters insurance and car insurance." And suggested to husband that well "just get a steering wheel lock."
