June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance staff are very responsive as are the office staff. Negatives: The outside upgrades do not warrant the huge rent increase. The lawn furniture is all moldy and very old. Lots of bare patches of missing grass detracting from the community. Disappointed that nothing was done for the residents for the holidays or Mother's Day. Not happy with Greystar.

We moved out on July 31, 2025, and they still haven't returned the portion of my security deposit that I am owed, they just keep making excuses. It is a disgusting company that is very abusive toward its tenants. Do not rent here. I am going to post reviews all over the web.

Located in the heart of Clearwater you have access to many places and things close by. The property has gone through many renovations and enhancements that have improved the appearance of the community for the better in my opinion.
