I am looking for a place for my mother whom is trying to relocate here. I have called and visited several places and like all the others they didn’t really stand out or make me want to come back. I met with Ian and right off the the bat he made me feel like this would be a great place for her. He was so focused on what we needed instead of just trying to rent an apartment.
