    Wonderful/kind staff, always willing to help. Clean building and well kept amenities. Ongoing repairs with water leaks/etc but typically they are addressed in a timely manner. Great communication with building. Adorable monthly events to encourage resident community.

    Overall. We’ve had a great experience living at the Seneca. The staff is terrific and very welcoming. The gym is well equipped. The location is hard to beat. And the on site maintenance has been very helpful. Some small annoyances: the mail room boxes are small making it easy for postal workers to make mistakes. We’ve gotten the wrong mail for other tenants, and when we were waiting on a very important piece of mail, it was lost in another persons mailbox. If we hadn’t gone down to speak with the ...
    postal service, it would’ve been lost. The elevators are in a state of constant service. Not much detail about why. There’s only one entrance and on the Friday-weekends it guarded by tourists and valet, making getting in and out cumbersome because people don’t move or realize I live here. There is a back entrance, which could be used by residents, but it’s locked.

    My experience living in The Seneca has been great. You can find a great community, very helpful and also very welcoming and friendly staff! I think the joy of the building is the front desk staff and also the maintenance team is very on top of things and very helpful! Also here you can find a dog friendly community if you have a pet.

    I have been living here for six months, and it has been an incredible experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and local shops.     Not everything is perfect but it's still a place I call home. I like the concierge team that has been here for all their career. They really take care of us. The remodeled lounge and entry was a nice glow up.

    I have had a wonderful experience at the Seneca. The staff is incredible and I adore the building. Maintenance responds promptly to requests, the building hosts events often, and the location is ideal.

    front desk is super nice, management is helpful, and building is kept clean and super pet friendly. building has events often to build community which is nice and the amenities are clean and practical

    Everything is perfect, except for the occasional elevator breakdowns that can lead to long wait times. There are fantastic common areas on both the first and top floors—the rooftop view of Lake Michigan is especially stunning. The 24-hour concierge team in the lobby is incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciate all their hard work.
