I had a very disappointing experience with Seraphine. I signed a lease and paid a security deposit with the expectation of moving in on the agreed-upon date. Just days before my scheduled move, I was informed that my move-in would likely be delayed because the building was still awaiting township approval for occupancy.

Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this property to ask whether the building has received its Certificate of Occupancy and all final municipal approvals before signing a lease or paying any money.
