December 14, 2024Apartment is lovey and roomy . I realy like the layout. All the applicences are great . Realy enjoying it so far. I like the sliding back door alot of air to get in. Plus all the natural light from all the windows is great during the day time.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024We are in the process of moving in to our new home at the Shipyard PJ and we have been welcomed with open arms. Cathy and Kace have made the process go smoothly and have had a lot of patience answering our many questions and facilitating with the furniture delivery process. We are looking forward to getting to know our Shipyard neighbors and immersing ourselves in the local community.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024The management team makes a great effort involve the community in various events throughout the year on a monthly basis. The moral of the community is very good. New tenants are given a lot of opportunity to join The Shipyard Community through various events. The building maintenance is very good. Building security is excellent which is greatly appreciated. We have lived at The Shipyard since is was opened in 2018. Very happy with our decision to move here.Property Manager Responded
