I've been living here for over a year and I've had the best experience so far I've had to move three times within the apartment complexes due to personal reasons but it's always been seamless the staff from the beginning has been great even though we've had managerial changes despite some things that can be improved I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

The Shoals makes me feel at home. The apartments are gorgeous and it’s seated right in the heart of so many amazing sites and community. The area is peaceful and quiet and there’s beautiful scenery all around. We certainly love calling it our home.
