I genuinely love living at The Shores at Lake Howell. It really doesn’t feel like a regular apartment complex—it feels more like a resort you get to come home to every day. The property is always clean, well kept, and peaceful, and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into how the community looks and feels.
The staff is honestly one of the best parts. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and actually takes the time to help you. You don’t feel rushed or ignored, and that makes a huge difference. It’s ...
the kind of place where you feel comfortable walking into the office and talking to the team because they’re genuinely pleasant and supportive.
I also love how there’s always something going on here. They host community events, parties, and get-togethers that are actually fun—not awkward or thrown together. The music, the DJ, the energy… it all feels intentional and makes the community feel alive. It’s easy to meet people and feel connected without feeling forced.
Overall, The Shores at Lake Howell just feels like home. It’s clean, beautiful, welcoming, and has a great vibe. If you’re looking for a place that feels elevated but still comfortable and friendly, I would absolutely recommend living here.
