I initially felt respected here, unlike other apartments, but that warmth has completely vanished. Communication issues with Nina, the property manager, are a major concern; she ignores messages on the LOFT app for weeks, only responding when I send a direct email. My experience with Amaya has been inconsistent. After a misunderstanding where I apologized sincerely, she cut me off and has remained cold and unpredictable. It is difficult to get consistent service when her demeanor shifts so often. Today, everyone in the office acted distant except for Maria.
Maria, the leasing agent, is excellent. She is warm, bubbly, and always willing to help. Omar, the maintenance supervisor, is also outstanding; he is efficient, genuine, and fixes issues correctly the first time. They are the only reasons this place remains functional. Because of the drastic change in atmosphere from the management team, I am seriously questioning my lease renewal. I cannot recommend living here. The welcoming attitude shown at signing does not last, and the current environment leaves residents feeling undervalued.
