Fake luxury/terrible experience
April 5, 2025Here’s for a REAL review if you’re thinking about moving here. The complex is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing on the outside, amenities are great. However, once you step inside your apartment, you can basically hear your neighbors sneeze. I’ve had a horrible experience at Jefferson. The walls are made of paper, so thin and it made living here a living hell. Neighbors slam their door every chance they get, walls banged on making it hard to sleep and live peacefully. Specifically the buildings ...close to the gate. Not to mention you step in dog poop because no one cleans up after their dogs. Also be prepared for when you DO get out of here, you won’t get a dollar of your deposit back. They’ll find a reason to ensure they keep it all for themselves. Like I said, whoever built this place gets 10/10 for looks, but 0/10 for quality. I’d rather live in my car or better yet pay more for REAL luxury. Big disappointment for sure!
December 20, 2023This property has issues with infestation of silverfish and although they love to show the heat pools which by the way, haven’t been heated in a very long time. Also fire pits that can’t be used because they are out of gas and haven’t been replaced. Also, if you try to use the grow, it’s almost like you’re going to cause a huge fire. Maintenance comes in to repair. Unfortunately they’re coming in several times for the same repair. Rent keeps going up and I am told that I should expect it to go up ...again next year when my lease is up but in the meantime, we live with the disappointments. we have new management But still have poor work ethics. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate as well to resolve some of the issues in my apartment as well as the property itself and the disregard for tenants sometimes. So please do your research because it’s not as it seems.Property Manager Responded

Big disappointment
December 15, 2022Seems like a lovely place until you actually live here. The garbage people are absolutely terrible, they charge $30/month and it’s hardly ever picked up. Management is aware of this and they choose to do nothing, but we have to continue to pay for a service we’re not receiving. The amenities never work, there’s 3 grills and they’re ALWAYS out of order. The gate is usually broken or damaged, takes weeks or months to fix. Pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. There isn’t a dock as they state ...there is. The complex itself is dirty, trash laying all over. They claim to be a smoke free complex, this is absolutely false. There’s constant cigarette and drug use happening. Management doesn’t care about anything other than your rent payments. Parking is also becoming an issue. If I could do it all over again, I would 100% choose somewhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

The gates are in fine working order, but when someone collides with them, they will need to be repaired, which can take some time depending on the amount of damage and availability of parts.
