Which a great location with elevated design touches that really makes each apartment unique and enjoyable. The views are great and the rooftop terrace is such a nice way to enjoy a sunset. Overall, very happy with the experience so far. All the residents have been very nice and kind, the staff are friendly and most things are working out well.

The apartment has great amenities, however, the recent price surges no longer make the apartments worth the price. Also the leasing office is friendly but very unhelpful. A neighbor reported the garage ceiling was leaking on the cars and was told “that was the intended behavior”. The maintenance man is over worked and under staffed. Also when looking to move apartments the leasing office constantly advertised the wrong price and was unaware of what apartments were actually listed on the website ...
and for what price. Myself and other residents had to correct the leasing office multiple times. The only positives are David, Allyn, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Emily was not helpful.

It has been great living at The Silva. Our experience overall has been very good. Challenges have primarily been around communication from property management and maintenance where responses to requests made in the online portal have been seemingly ignored. In some cases where issues have affected multiple units or the entire complex, we didn't get an update for a couple weeks and continually submitted online maintenance requests that seemed to go nowhere. This has been frustrating at times and ...
required us to call or ask maintenance in-person which usually got a more immediate response. But overall, maintenance response and overall communication from property management and maintenance hasn't been great. Other than those challenges our experience has been very positive living at The Silva.

Love the space upstairs but would love to see further development of the first floor and patio area. Can we get a communal espresso machine or something similar as a local community watering hole?

I cannot think of one thing I don’t like about the Silva and the Silva Team! My only (very minor) enhancement request is to fix the ignitions at the grills - I keep almost burning myself trying to fire them up using a lighter… But as I said, no biggie in the grand scheme of things! :-)

I have enjoyed living here at The Silva since July 2022. Staff is wonderful and building is beautiful. Glad to call The Silva my home. I will continue to live here God willing.

Front desk service, and leasing staff are just wonderful the are all so full of energy and bright smiles. With good morning energy !! And when there hosting and event for the residents, they do such a wonderful job. Ms. Bree the young lady working the front desk she's just wonderful so pleasant and caring!!

Great place to live for myself and my family. Love the apartment and common areas. Close to all of the essentials. Within close walking distance of the metro. Incredible staff. Friendly, helpful, and responsive.
