Great complex!

Amazing property
October 14, 2025I am a new resident to the Sinclair at Callaway Farm, and I must say my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. The day I toured Miranda was very thorough and took time to get to know a little about me. This ensured the perfect unit for me. The application and start up process was handled so well and quickly without any stress on my end. After moving in I did have issues with getting internet connected (this did not fall on the Sinclair), they helped me anyway possible and even assisted after ...hours. They have been fully transparent and have checked in several times just to ensure everything is perfect. The community is great and everyone is super nice. I love the connections the property provides for their residents. I can't leave the sky lounge out, which is an amazing amenity to host events at, all dedicated to their residents. I can't leave out the help and hospitality the other team members provided (Mr. Marlin, Shannon, and Gregory) If you are looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend The Sinclair!Property Manager Responded
