Amazing property
October 14, 2025I am a new resident to the Sinclair at Callaway Farm, and I must say my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. The day I toured Miranda was very thorough and took time to get to know a little about me. This ensured the perfect unit for me. The application and start up process was handled so well and quickly without any stress on my end. After moving in I did have issues with getting internet connected (this did not fall on the Sinclair), they helped me anyway possible and even assisted after ...hours. They have been fully transparent and have checked in several times just to ensure everything is perfect. The community is great and everyone is super nice. I love the connections the property provides for their residents. I can't leave the sky lounge out, which is an amazing amenity to host events at, all dedicated to their residents. I can't leave out the help and hospitality the other team members provided (Mr. Marlin, Shannon, and Gregory) If you are looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend The Sinclair!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Community & Excellent Management
June 23, 2025I had an amazing experience touring The Sinclair at Callaway Farm. Marlin, the property manager, went above and beyond to personally show me around, even stepping out of his busy schedule to give me a warm, thorough tour. The two-bedroom apartment was absolutely exquisite—spacious, modern, and priced very competitively. The pool area truly stood out to me, especially with the volleyball net, the grills, and the outdoor TVs under the gazebos—it felt like a luxury resort! Before we got started he gave me a price sheet, detailing all the pricing. He asked me what style apartment I was looking for, but didn’t stop at just showing me one style. A Great Place to Live!
March 25, 2025I had a tour today with Marlin, and he was so knowledgable about everything the property had to offer. I have been on a few tours within the last month, and this one was by far the best and most detailed experience I have had. I had no idea he was the property manager, and he made sure all of my inquiries were handled. I have never had a property manager show me around a property because they are normally locked in their office and out of sight. Kudos for this experience!
