    The Slate at Andover is a high-end luxury homes with great amenities for families and business alike. They take pride of providing excellent system in security, cleanness, as well as, communication with they amazing team: Sydney, Dawn and Rebecca. They're knowledgeable, professional, kind, and friendly. I am blessed and so happy to live here and enjoy the community.     The apartment of my dreams!! I love everything about it here so far. From the soccer field & basketball court, to the pool, the nice neighbors, warm leasing office staff; I couldn't ask for a safer or more comfortable place to call home!

    It's amazing community! The staffs are kind and helpful . The room is clean and have a good view. Neighbours are nice too. If have a Tesla changer will be great. My son plays basketball in the court.

    Great family oriented property tucked away from the rest of the world. Has fields, parks, walking trails, and a Dunkin donuts in walking distance! The staff hosts actually fun resident events every month. What a breath of fresh air. Love watching the deer graze in the morning on my back balcony.

  • Perfect Place for the Next Phase of Our Lives

    My wife and I moved to The Slate in Andover almost a year ago after selling our home in the same town. We love it here! It's very easy living with all maintenance issues handled quickly, professionally and effectively - even when we experienced record cold temps over the weekend. All issues were dealt with timely - which was amazing. The management staff is terrific as well. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help out when needed. I can see us staying here for a while!

    Come live here you won't regret it. Family friendly, pets welcome, heated pool, and a pretty cool club house all available for us to use. The ladies in the office rock! Maintenance does there best to get things done in a timely manner. You can't go wrong

    They have such a wonderful Staff at The Slate in Andover. Sydney is so pleasant to work with and personable as well as professional. Dawn and Rebecca are as equally pleasant to work with as well and they are very informative and knowledgeable. The Slate in Andover, Ma. Is lucky to have such a great staff providing excellent and friendly service to their tenants. I would recommend this location to reside in to family and friends alike.   • Beautiful Place!!

    The Slate has such a great group of people who keep it together and running. Sydney, Rebecca, Dawn, Rich, Aaron and Pablo try so hard at keeping up with the grounds, residents, resident events, and maintenance. The hard work shows, and The Slate has beautiful interior and exterior. I recommend The Slate if you're first time apartment living, or an apartment pro! The Slate is great all around!

    Convenient, safe, and calm location, great amenities, nice units. Management puts in a lot of effort into maintaining the property and making sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. Would recommend living here to anyone looking to rent in the area!

  • Wonderful Place to Live & Best Staff!

    We lived at the Slate for six years and loved the community, caring and helpful staff, and made lifetime friendships. The complex is always clean, the apartments are modern and beautiful, and the amenities are awesome. What separates it from the rest is the staff -- they are always there to help right away and they genuinely care. Highly recommend living there -- it's the best place we've ever lived!
