Perfect Place for the Next Phase of Our Lives
February 7, 2023My wife and I moved to The Slate in Andover almost a year ago after selling our home in the same town. We love it here! It's very easy living with all maintenance issues handled quickly, professionally and effectively - even when we experienced record cold temps over the weekend. All issues were dealt with timely - which was amazing. The management staff is terrific as well. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help out when needed. Amazing Staff
November 29, 2022They have such a wonderful Staff at The Slate in Andover. Sydney is so pleasant to work with and personable as well as professional. Dawn and Rebecca are as equally pleasant to work with as well and they are very informative and knowledgeable. The Slate in Andover, Ma. Is lucky to have such a great staff providing excellent and friendly service to their tenants. I would recommend this location to reside in to family and friends alike. Beautiful Place!!
November 5, 2022The Slate has such a great group of people who keep it together and running. Sydney, Rebecca, Dawn, Rich, Aaron and Pablo try so hard at keeping up with the grounds, residents, resident events, and maintenance. The hard work shows, and The Slate has beautiful interior and exterior. I recommend The Slate if you're first time apartment living, or an apartment pro! Fantastic Place to Live!
November 2, 2022Convenient, safe, and calm location, great amenities, nice units. Management puts in a lot of effort into maintaining the property and making sure residents are happy.
