Great place if you have pets. The buildings are a bit old but the maintenence is very responsive. The location is amazing for Umass, especially for those studying in Furcolo. Easy access to 116/shopping area.

The cleanliness, quietness, staff, and organization of the community are its highlights. For those looking to live in a family-friendly or pet-friendly place, this is the spot to go. The amenities could be improved a bit, although I am still grateful to have some of them at all (such as the 24/7 laundry room or the gym). Overall, it’s a great place to live with nearby access to one of the main bus routes.

Lack of being able to tour before signing was unfortunate. A bit less modern than the pictures make it seem. Sometimes there’s is confusion with the leasing office, but all in all a nice place to live

Thus far, my experience has been excellent! The maintenance team is very responsive with maintenance related issues and the management team is very proactive in assisting tenants.

I’ve throughly enjoyed my time at the social and find the staff to be very helpful in all aspects of living there. They always communicate early and often about specific events or various updates. I also like that they plan and provide fun activities for the tenants; it’s something that I feel like a lot of other places don’t do, so it helps to make you feel more at home.
