September 18, 2025I’ve throughly enjoyed my time at the social and find the staff to be very helpful in all aspects of living there. They always communicate early and often about specific events or various updates. July 25, 2025I moved in a few days ago, and I think that this is a great place to live. However, there are a few inconveniences. First, the centralization of the mail storage system makes it less efficient to retrieve mail. It would be more efficient to install mail storage systems in each building, allowing residents to access their mail more easily. Second, there is no sidewalk in the residential community. The complex looks like it was designed with the assumption that all residents would have cars, so it ...is more car-friendly and does not have any sidewalks from the community to the bus stop. Third, there is only one air conditioner per apartment, requiring residents to keep their bedroom doors open at night to keep their bedrooms cool. It's more convenient to install air conditioners in each bedroom, allowing residents to keep their bedrooms cool at night while preserving their privacy. This approach will also help each resident control the cooling level in their bedroom.Property Manager Responded
