March 23, 2026I really enjoy living in my apartment, and overall it has been a positive experience. The space itself is comfortable, the neighbors are generally quiet, and the location is convenient for everything I need day to day. The only thing I truly wish were different is the lighting in the hallways. When it gets dark outside, the building doesn’t always turn the hallway lights on right away, which can make the walk to and from my unit feel a bit dim and unwelcoming. It’s not a major issue, but it’s ...something that would definitely improve the atmosphere and sense of safety in the evenings. Aside from that small concern, I’m genuinely happy with the apartment and appreciate the quality of the living environment. With just a little adjustment to the lighting schedule, it would feel even better.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2026The apartment location, price, utilities, and amenities are great for students. The pool and events like Waffle Wednesdays are amazing. Had some issues with getting maintenance out to fix appliances, but after our dryer was replaced we haven't had any issues. I wish we had internet through social block for the townhomes though, as the cell service can be bad in that area and local internet providers are spotty with blackouts.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2026This place is actually horrible. If you care about your wellbeing don’t live here. They’d have you living with war criminals even if you’re a teenager. Every time I’ve went to renew my lease somehow the signed document always disappears and you’re given another lease with a higher rate. One reason I decided not to renew and if you don’t renew you’ll be borderline harassed. Also sometimes the water is off with less than an hours notice.Property Manager Responded
