April 2, 2026Quite nice, only caveat would be the units having older appliances than what we got advertised; the oven cannot be used without mits as the handle itself is metal, it's also lacking a window. The dishwasher is quite dated and rarely used.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2026The location is convenient and close to campus, which is definitely a plus. However, the apartments themselves feel older than advertised, and there have been issues like mold that are concerning. One of the biggest frustrations has been the WiFi situation—I never received the main WiFi password and have had to rely on the guest network for months, which is unreliable and inconvenient, especially for schoolwork.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2026It’s a decent apartment when you look at the price, but when you actually live in the apartment, you see things that the price does not indicate one such item is that even though your conditioning is mentioned as something that exists what they don’t mention is that they air conditioning is just big enough to call the living room room down slightly. The other thing they do not mention is the problem with mold. I have called them in the two years that I lived here every year to come and fix it ...cause once a year the molded props back up and I’ve had Maintenance outright tell me that some of the other apartments have a lot worse mold than my apartment and if Maintenance is telling tenants that I feel that it should be fixed from my understanding bleaching mold is not a legal remedy for mold remediation in the state of California.Property Manager Responded
