March 7, 2026i gave a 1 star review because my experience at the social has been a good and bad expereince, the staff is incredible however the rooms are very outdated, the vents are dirty, and the shower had mold when i first moved in.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2026i love how spacious the rooms are and the maintenance people work so fast it’s very impressive. i do wish the dinning hall was open more often like a little longer for lunch but the green boxes really help with that bc i’m able to take a bunch of food back to my room.Property Manager Responded

March 1, 2026It’s pretty okay. The room I had was much smaller than it was advertised but, still very large and had everything I needed. Not always the best with communication or even safety - such as having people monitor the lots and even having working cameras. But not too bad for the price, comes with the expected things like a little noise or smells but, wasnt bad. Overall had a good experience, just not the greatest.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2026Convenient and close to campus when you don't have a car. Shuttle bus is provided to help get to and from campus. There's a Starbucks shop on site which is nice.Property Manager Responded
