May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at the social for 8 months and I don’t have many good things to say about it. I lived in the East building which was not kept very clean at all. The central building is much nicer because that’s the one they show everyone. When I toured the social I thought it would be a really good experience but I just ended up being miserable here. Before I moved in I asked them if I could see my room and they said no because it was being cleaned but when I got my room it wasn’t clean at all and my ...roommate said no one ever came to clean it. However, the apartments themselves feel older than advertised, and there have been issues like mold that are concerning. March 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s a decent apartment when you look at the price, but when you actually live in the apartment, you see things that the price does not indicate one such item is that even though your conditioning is mentioned as something that exists what they don’t mention is that they air conditioning is just big enough to call the living room room down slightly. The other thing they do not mention is the problem with mold. I have called them in the two years that I lived here every year to come and fix it ...cause once a year the molded props back up and I’ve had Maintenance outright tell me that some of the other apartments have a lot worse mold than my apartment and if Maintenance is telling tenants that I feel that it should be fixed from my understanding bleaching mold is not a legal remedy for mold remediation in the state of California.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
