The leasing staff are consistently friendly, genuinely helpful, and readily available whenever you need assistance, which truly makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience. Additionally, the on-site amenities are exceptional and beautifully maintained. Whether you want to relax by the pool, work out in the gym, shoot hoops on the basketball court, hang out in the clubhouse, or find a quiet space ...in the study rooms, everything you need is right here. Getting packages is incredibly easy and secure thanks to the electronic package locker system. Parking is available right outside your assigned building. This is a great option for students attending SIUE. Overall, I would not live here just due to being more expensive than the surround long apartment complex.
