in the study rooms, everything you need is right here. Getting packages is incredibly easy and secure thanks to the electronic package locker system. Parking is available right outside your assigned building. This is a great option for students attending SIUE. This is a nice place however the utility fees are outrageous and we pay more than what an actual house utility fee would be. Overall, I would not live here just due to being more expensive than the surround long apartment complex. They may seem cheaper but the utilities are not included in that fee.
