January 23, 2026It's alright. The apartment has a great community, but its policies are not international student-friendly. Since we face a lot of uncertainty in our status sometimes things get more complicated than we anticipate but once the lease is signed the management doesn't have accommodations for them, making the stay in this apartment stressful. I like the place and the staff do their best but their policy is not a good fit. January 23, 2026I’ve lived here for three years and honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s a great place, and a huge part of that is Jim from maintenance. He’s awesome! Always super helpful, quick to fix things, and just genuinely nice to deal with.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Good place to live when you are in college at SIUE. Very close to campus so it’s a nice short drive in the morning. The people here are super nice and come up with great ideas to get involved with the community. The maintenance is just a little slow and lacks a good system to actually get repairs done when the residents need it.Property Manager Responded
