March 8, 2026This is a nice place however the utility fees are outrageous and we pay more than what an actual house utility fee would be. February 23, 2026My experience here was alright. It was/is a good starter apartment for those that are living on their own for the first time. But the rent is high, walls are thin, pool is not cleaned regularly nor does it go deeper that like 4/5 feet, people don’t always clean up after their dog( “dog park” is very small), the parking lot is not plowed well, and the patios that cost extra are not what I had in mind. On the good side, there is a pool, basketball court, volleyball court, in unit laundry, ...dishwasher, free printing, and the 22 bus stops right in front.
