Completely functional apartment complex with decent amenities and a convenient location. However for what you get here it is a little bit pricey compared to other student housing options nearby.

The grounds are mostly taken care of, and luckily this is a fairly safe property. The pre-move in cleaning service is abysmal and we had to unclog our bathtub drain immediately upon move in. They try to claim a very welcoming communal environment, and to their credit at first thats true; beyond a few months of living there I noticed a gradual change in their responses to any problems I had. They started responding in a nearly condescending, mechanical manner and I never felt as though my problems ...
were fully addressed. Maintenance never let me know when they were going to arrive and I have had to put in several requests for the same issue as it weren't solved the first time. Its a sufficient place to reside, but they could do better with how they handle residential issues.

Wish there were more access to laundry services that work, but that’s my only complaint. Laundry rooms are minimal and small for the amount of ppl that live here. I’d rather pay extra for in unit laundry tbh

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex! The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The staff and maintenance team have always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are great, and overall it’s a comfortable, welcoming place to live. The only downside I’ve experienced is that parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours. Maintenance is awesome. The staff are friendly. I love the dog park and how close the complex is to so many different restaurants. The place is a little outdated and could use a good freshen up. But, it is what it is.

I find living here easy. The location is super nice for walking or biking or bussing to CSU campus. Also, you have some great restaurants in walking distance and King Soopers not too far either. If you want to know downsides I would say there aren't many. In the studio, for example, the range is compact. I have been unable to use 4 pots at the same time on the stovetop, but I was able to cook a 10 pound ham for Thanksgiving with this oven, so it's not that bad. Also, make sure you know the ...
studio doesn't have AC! They make this very clear, but make sure you don't forget. Studios are small enough that buying your own window unit works fine, but it is something you need to factor in. Some things are a little weird, but they're honest about everything in the tour and the office staff is incredibly nice. Nothing surprised me when I moved in, and I've really enjoyed my studio here.

very chill area and community. Not bothered by many people/loud noises/ etc. my one and single request would be bigger laundry rooms. There are only three washers and thee dryers per room which isn’t rly equivalent to the size of the complex
