I've been leasing here for a while and would describe the experience as fairly average overall. There are some things that work well and others that could use improvement. The property itself generally meets expectations, but day-to-day experiences can vary depending on the situation. Communication is usually adequate, though there have been times when information could have been shared more clearly or proactively

The place is nice and I like how there's 4 parking spaces as opposed to 2. I wish there were more things for us like gym in apartment. I also like the fact that it's close to school and walkable.

I really like it here at the social. I had a roommate issue for a while that they weren’t helpful with. But everything worked itself out. Besides that everything else is quality.

I had a good experience living here overall. The community felt comfortable and welcoming, and it was easy to settle in pretty quickly. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time and the staff were polite whenever I had questions or needed help. The common areas were generally clean and it was nice having shared spaces to relax or study. I also appreciated that the environment was usually quiet, which made it easier to focus on school and sleep without many disruptions.

I enjoy the spacious rooms and having my own bathroom. My roommates were good for the most part. The only problem in maintenance taking a long time to fix things.

Overall, my experience has had its ups and downs. The community is decent, but there are quite a few things that need fixing. There are noticeable damages and maintenance issues that could definitely be addressed better. With more consistent upkeep and repairs, this place could be much better.

No amenities or special giveaways. Good neighborhood and great community. 5 minute walk to Uptown and Amtrak station which is especially great for students without transportation.

We have a very outdated television in the living room I was expecting a smart 40 inch television. We do not have that. We first moved in and it was so many issues with this apartment. I will be sending a email to the property manager soon.
