No amenities or special giveaways. Good neighborhood and great community. 5 minute walk to Uptown and Amtrak station which is especially great for students without transportation.

We have a very outdated television in the living room I was expecting a smart 40 inch television. We do not have that. We first moved in and it was so many issues with this apartment. I will be sending a email to the property manager soon.

I like it here! It’s very nice and spacious and the social team is very responsive and helpful. All rooms are a little different and parking situation is a little rough though.

So far, I really enjoy living at the Social. The only frustrating thing is people parking in our spots. There have been multiple times when I've come home to people in our spots. I understand that it isn't in your direct control, but I would appreciate it if that could be restated for the community, because the last thing I want to do is to get someone's car towed.

Its been pretty good, I enjoy the in unit washer and dryer as well as having my own bathroom and closet which definitely comes in handy. The beds arent the best but you can always bring your own

I love how close it is to campus and how we get four parking spots as opposed to 2 at other places. But we've had leaks in our apartment that left the whole room carpet of our roommate wet and the floors creak extremely bad for upstairs room. They said there's nothing that can be done but it's gets worse everytime. Beautiful apartment if some of these things weren't there

I’ve had a great experience with The Social! The bedroom and common area within the unit are very spacious and nice. In my experience the maintenance team has responded very promptly to any maintenance requests I have submitted. I’m overall very happy at The Social at Illinois State!
