January 23, 2026Overall, my experience has had its ups and downs. The community is decent, but there are quite a few things that need fixing. There are noticeable damages and maintenance issues that could definitely be addressed better. With more consistent upkeep and repairs, this place could be much better.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2025We have a very outdated television in the living room I was expecting a smart 40 inch television. We do not have that. We first moved in and it was so many issues with this apartment. I will be sending a email to the property manager soon.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025So far, I really enjoy living at the Social. The only frustrating thing is people parking in our spots. There have been multiple times when I've come home to people in our spots. I understand that it isn't in your direct control, but I would appreciate it if that could be restated for the community, because the last thing I want to do is to get someone's car towed.Property Manager Responded
