Such a great place to live! The staff is lovely and the place is well kept. It is a super quick walk to campus ranging from 10-20 minutes depending on what part you are walking to.

Ariana is amazing. She's so helpful every time I have an issue arise. The events she puts on are always so much fun. Definitely would recommend everyone to live here.
Bradley is always on top of every work order I have I couldn't ask for a better pair.

Is overall pretty good I would say just had a few issues with the apartment but I also do know that we sped up our process in moving again I would say anything the biggest problem are the the freshmen or the the dorms behind the building

Some of my things breakdown easily and I have a few troubles with things here and there. Like my stove top the burners are crooked and I had someone change them but it didn’t fix it. My faucet extension sometimes gets stuck so I get sprayed with water. All in all not a bad place to live at if you’re just trying to get through.

Incredible place to live!
The staff is incredible, shout-out to Ariana she's just an amazing employee.
In addition to that, it's basically on campus campus. The only thing I personally don't like it is how expensive the parking pass is. It's 95 bucks a month while CSU is 50. It doesn't make sense

Living is the best choice for everyone because of total paperless process and quick response to problems. But the flexibility is poor and the fee of early move-out is much too high.

Rent is so expensive, but the maintenance is timely. They do random events that they advertise sometimes the marketing team is better and other times it seems so last minute for such a big expense on their part. I'd rather have cheaper rent and fewer events like these than many more of these events and this price of rent. Management is nice and they keep things clean. Don't like how Washer and Dryer are quite expensive.
